Booking made in advance are confirmed against a deposit as follow -:
Upon confirming the booking 25% of the Dahabiya price as a deposit
Second deposit by 60 days before embarkation date to complete 50% of the Dahabiya price
Rest of payment by 45 days before embarkation date
Cancellation policy :
Free of charge – If canceled by 90 days in advance
25% cancellation fee from total price – if cancelled less than 90 days and more than 60 days
50% cancellation fee from total price – if cancelled less than 60 days and more than 45 days
100% cancellation fee from total price – if cancelled less than 45 days
No refund for unused meals or nights less than the selected itinerary
